The mural tells the story of Orawianka: a family who came to Nowy Sącz from the Orava region, and the year 1946, when their ice-cream making began here. At the center, a family tree stands on an octagonal shield guarded by a lion, flanked by a panorama of Nowy Sącz and Orava Castle.
The year 1946 is the largest element of the composition. The palette is limited to colors taken from the building’s facade.
